Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fraudcatchr platform and related services operated by Fraudcatchr LLC ("Fraudcatchr," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, enrolling a client, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Fraudcatchr provides real-time phone call fraud detection and protection for seniors. The Service is accessed through app.fraudcatchr.com (Advisor dashboard) and onboarding.fraudcatchr.com (client setup).

2. Accounts

Advisors must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of their login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Advisors represent that they have authority to enroll clients and obtain any required consents on behalf of clients they add to the platform.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation policies are presented at checkout. You may cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting team@fraudcatchr.com.

5. SMS Messaging Program

Fraudcatchr SMS Program: Fraudcatchr may send transactional text messages to enrolled clients regarding account setup, onboarding, and fraud-protection service notifications. These messages are not marketing or promotional messages.

Who receives messages: Senior clients enrolled by an authorized family advisor or caregiver in the Fraudcatchr dashboard.

Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per month during setup and ongoing service use. Frequency may vary based on account activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages from Fraudcatchr unless you re-enroll and provide consent again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers; carrier participation may change.

6. Monitoring and Consent

The Service may monitor phone calls as described in our Privacy Policy. Advisors and clients are responsible for obtaining all legally required consents, including call-recording consents where applicable.

7. Disclaimers

Fraudcatchr is a fraud detection aid, not a guarantee against all scams or financial loss. The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not provide legal, financial, or emergency response services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fraudcatchr LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds resulting from fraud or scam activity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
